Prototype Arrived: First Public Appearance of the New depaq allfoil

The wait is over: the very first prototype of the new depaq allfoil has officially arrived at the interpack 2026.

For us, this moment marks far more than just another machine on display. It is the first real-world appearance of a completely new generation of depackaging technology — and an important milestone after months of engineering, redesign, discussions, testing and countless refinements.

And yes: as with every true prototype, not every detail has fully reached final production maturity yet. Some components are still evolving, certain finishing touches are already planned, and a few optimizations are already waiting in line for the next iteration.

But that is exactly what makes this moment exciting. Because the machine already demonstrates what the new platform is fundamentally about:

  • a modular machine architecture
  • improved accessibility and cleaning
  • optimized operating concepts
  • a fully stainless-steel construction (316L)
  • and a significantly more future-oriented technical foundation

Most importantly, the prototype allows us to discuss real processes, real handling and real requirements directly with customers and partners at the exhibition. Innovation rarely happens in isolation. Especially in special-purpose machinery, the best solutions emerge through practical exchange, honest feedback and continuous refinement. So while the prototype may not yet represent the final chapter — it is absolutely the beginning of an exciting new one.

We are proud to finally present it publicly at interpack and would like to thank everyone involved in making this first appearance possible.
